Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visual content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Create user-friendly web layouts that prioritize functionality and aesthetic appeal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design objectives are met
• Stay on top of design trends and technology to maintain a fresh perspective
• Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Deliver high-quality graphics for various platforms while ensuring brand consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in web and graphic design
• Ability to use project management software like Jira
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with web design and development principles, especially in WordPress
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Austin, TX - Live in Austin or be willing to relocate

Nice to Have:

• Experience with animation or motion graphics
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
