We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese/Mandarin and have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse management processes, and the ability to manage and optimize day-to-day activities. This is a great opportunity for someone to lead a new, state-of-the-art, distribution facility (57,000 square feet).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Utilize and maintain warehouse management software for efficient inventory control and tracking.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and related software.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities.
• Independence: Capable of working independently and handling high-pressure situations.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese is mandatory

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
