3. Intuitive UI Elements: Design intuitive and easy-to-use UI elements.
4. High Fidelity Mockups and Prototypes: Generate high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
5. Design Patterns and Basics: Establish design patterns, guidelines, and best practices for the systems.
6. Design Review and Explanation: Review your designs with the team, explaining the rationale behind your decisions.
7. Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to align designs with technical feasibility.
8. QA and Acceptance on Design Implementation: Conduct design quality assurance during development.
9. Active Participation in Product Meetings: Attend product and sync meetings to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
10.User Feedback and UX Improvements: Gather inputs and comments from customers and end-users. Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback and usability testing.
Experience: Proven experience designing dashboards, data visualization systems, and complex interfaces.
UX/UI Skills: Strong skills in both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
Tools: Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges creatively and adapt to changing requirements.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and consistency.
