Job Description

We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our Lead Transaction Coordinator with our growing team's contract load. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, coordinating 3rd party vendors with buyers, sellers, and agents including utility transfer, inspection access, lender correspondence, title company deadlines and generally aiding our real estate agents by keeping them on track with deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience and a tenacity for problem-solving. They will be able to work on multiple files with a systematic approach to produce predictable outcomes. Those who have a working knowledge of the real estate closing process are preferred, but not mandatory. The successful candidate will be provided all hands-on training and be thoroughly taught the correct processes and procedures. Responsibilities:

• Help organize the entire flow of paperwork with agents from contract to close.
• Perform "end of transaction " audit and store files for company record-keeping
• Answer questions and direct agents on contract software strategies from time to time.
• Correspond electronically with clients to keep them on track with their closing responsibilities.
• Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

Qualifications:

• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
