Job Description

Eastridge is seeking a dedicated Global Quality Training Coordinator for a leading company in the ophthalmic market. This role involves coordinating training plans and ensuring compliance with quality standards across all company sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Coordination: Execute training plans for all functions related to new hires, laterals, promotions, etc., across all company sites.
  • Database Management: Support the management of a comprehensive computer database and filing system for all training documents and records.
  • Training Matrix Maintenance: Maintain the training matrix per SOP requirements and provide status updates to the Training Manager.
  • Compliance and Audit Preparedness: Ensure all training documents are maintained for compliance and audit readiness.
  • Process Streamlining: Assist in the implementation of training-related initiatives to streamline the training process.
  • Metric Generation: Utilize Excel Spreadsheets and/or Access database to generate metrics on Document Management performance.
  • System Monitoring: Partner with Document Control to ensure adequate training system monitoring based on document management requirements and releases.
  • LMS Overview: Provide Learning Management System (LMS) overview to new employees.
  • Feedback Provision: Provide critical feedback concerning issues related to the training system.

Requirements

  • Experience: Level I: 1-2 years of industry experience with working knowledge of various LMS.
  • Quality System Knowledge: Familiarity with Quality System principles and practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Ability to effectively prioritize, balance multiple projects, and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Flexible, open to change, and accepting of new and unique projects or responsibilities.
  • Continuous Learning: Desire to continuously learn and stay current on laws, rules, regulations, and trends affecting internal standard operating procedures and ISO 13485.
