About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help us find passionate talented and qualified individuals to join our team and our subsidiary company. They ensure job seekers across the country know about us by building our presence across job sites professional organizations and other channels. They also proactively identify and perform outreach to qualified people inspiring them to consider a career at Sweve Tech.

Our team is comprised of passionate forwardthinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing lifesaving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.

Note we are looking to hire multiple recruiters across different business groups including admissions engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end talent acquisition process
  • Evaluate interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicable
  • Organize marketing campaigns on job boards industry websites and other applicantfacing channels
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipeline in an organization fashion
  • Develop relationships with key networks to broaden the applicant pool
  • Meet with interested candidates to introduce them to the Charlie Health model and mission
  • Be creative and identify new ways to bring candidates to their next roles at Charlie Health!

Qualifications

  • 25 years of fullcycle recruiting experience preferably in a high growth startup or large organization sourcing for corporate roles
  • Fullcycle recruiting experience required ability to source candidates manage interview process and conduct offer negotiations through close
  • Strong interpersonal relationshipbuilding and listening skills with a natural consultative style
  • Ability to energize communicate and build rapport internally and externally
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fastpaced fluid environment
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency

The expected base pay for this role will be between $25 .00 and $34.00 per hour at the commencement of employment. However base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further base pay is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also include incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and longterm incentive packages and other Sweve Techsponsored benefits. #LIREMOTE
