For this store manager role, the expected base salary is $60,000-70,000 annually.

This is a full-time exempt Store Manager role located in our Boston - Seaport  retail store, reporting to the Regional Manager.

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead all retail store operations, its financial success, team, and community development. Ensure metrics align with core values. Provide exceptional guest experience through education and brand building.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, lead, and drive team sales growth
  • Create strategic schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Encourage community development and diversity
  • Recruit, train, and plan for team succession
  • Foster clear communication and leadership within the team

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

  • Demonstrated leadership ability (at least 2 years retail leadership preferred)
  • Adaptability and innovation
  • Customer service, relationship management, and business development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
