Are you an experienced Property Manager with a knack for handling short-term rentals? Do you thrive in a dynamic, flexible work environment where no two days are the same? The Rise Team by Katrena Meyers is looking for a dedicated Short-Term Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of properties. As a Short-Term Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of 75-150 properties. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle on-call duties, ensuring properties are well-maintained and ready for guests. You will also engage with potential clients on social media platforms and utilize apps like Airbnb to manage bookings. If you are not already licensed in real estate, you must be willing to obtain a license to assist with showings and other essential tasks. Compensation:

• Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000
• Bonus opportunities
• Paid Time Off

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections to ensure units are in excellent condition post-rental.
• Manage lockboxes and keys for various properties.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and reviews on social media platforms and community pages.
• Utilize property management software to streamline operations and automate tasks.
• Handle HOA paperwork and other administrative duties.
• Show properties to potential clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to address on-call needs and property emergencies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Monitor and manage property listings on platforms such as Airbnb and other rental sites.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of rental agreements.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about rental trends and pricing strategies.
• Implement and manage guest communication protocols to ensure a seamless rental experience.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and ordinances related to property rentals.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in real estate or willing to obtain a license in 60 days upon hire.
• Proven experience in property management, particularly in short-term rentals.
• Familiarity with property management software and platforms like Airbnb.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable with social media engagement and community interaction.
