Role Overview:
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing complex multi-state, consolidated corporation, partnership, and individual tax returns. You'll provide exceptional service to our clients and contribute to their success while advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, and insurance.
- Specialize in C Corporations and gain experience with insurance industry forms (e.g., 1120-PC, 1120-L, ASC 740, SSAP 101).
- Utilize your knowledge of tax software (e.g., ProSystems FX, CCH Engagement, Go Systems, One Source, Fast Tax) to deliver top-notch services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA license or on track to obtain.
- At least three years of recent public accounting experience.
- Experience with insurance industry clients is a plus.
- Strong technical skills, excellent organization, writing, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
