About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead our SDR team of about 8-10 reps. The SDR Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategies to improve the performance of the SDR team as we expand into new markets. The SDR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the SDR team, ensuring that lead generation and qualification processes are efficient and effective.
The SDR Manager will have familiarity with the property management space to identify and grow opportunities, can design and execute lead generation strategies, and build and scale a high performing SDR team.
The SDRs are responsible for identifying qualified leads, scheduling demo calls, creating and managing a pipeline of prospects, and working closely with the AEs to drive revenue and brand awareness.
