Our salon is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and are looking to move into a management position! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the salon, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory control.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere and ensure that all employees adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon's services.
• Train and mentor new staff members on proper customer service techniques.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,148.33 - $60,372.18 per year

Hair Stylist Qualifications: 

• 1 year of management experience. 
• Cosmetology License.
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts.
• The desire to deliver a consistent Supercuts brand experience (training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe.
