Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to prepare sales offer agreements based on instructions including all addenda and disclosures and then set up in Dotloop. In addition, you will complete and provide a timeline and track all activity associated with critical contract dates, deposit amounts and contract contingencies. Next would be to record deadline reminders on the group calendar and emails. There would be continual communication with clients and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.   • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Must be proficient in Dotloop and Dropbox organization
