Customer Success Manager - Healthcare Technology
About the Role:
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team and provide world-class strategic partnerships to our valued clients in the healthcare sector. As a trusted advisor, you'll develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, enabling you to deliver value-added solutions that make a real difference.
Your expertise in healthcare, particularly in Provider Organizations, Hospital Systems, or Health Plans, will be crucial in fostering optimal partnerships between our team and our clients. If you have clinical delivery or applications experience, that's a definite plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic client partnerships
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to proactively identify performance improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute long-term account plans
- Facilitate collaboration among clients, sharing success stories and fostering peer-to-peer cooperation
- Promote solution adoption, ensuring alignment with clients' operational goals
- Identify training and education needs
- Address business and product challenges
- Collaborate with market leadership on relevant initiatives
- Provide ongoing consultative support
- Create and present narratives on product utilization to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for further value realization
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within health systems, hospitals, or acute care settings
- Strong exposure to healthcare organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management abilities
- Proven track record in relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration
- Strategic thinking coupled with robust analytical skills
- Keen sense of urgency in delivering solutions
- Experience with CRM tools
- Familiarity with SaaS or EHR is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit is highly valued
Travel Requirements:
This role involves approximately 25% travel within the US, with occasional trips to our headquarters in Canada.
