Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and renewal processes for health insurance projects, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
Use project management tools like JIRA and Smartsheet to organize tasks, monitor progress, and maintain key project milestones.
Work closely with Implementation Managers to support the seamless progression of projects from start to finish.
Keep comprehensive and accurate project documentation that is easily accessible to all stakeholders.
Tackle unique challenges and customizations within each project, applying your expertise in the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Monitor project timelines and address potential issues to ensure timely delivery.
Take responsibility for capturing key group identifiers and validating group documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate implementation with partners using established tools and processes.
Stay adaptable, learning new processes and tools quickly to align with evolving project needs.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of cross-functional project management.
Proficient in using project management tools like JIRA and Smartsheet.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A track record of successfully completing projects within the insurance sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field (preferred).
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands and priorities.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
