Job Description

Adecco is looking for experienced and entry level candidates for open 2nd shift Machine Operator positions in Everett, WA.

As a machine operator, you will work on the production assembly line using small to large tools and machines to manufacture and package material for our client. The work ranges from basic assembly for entry level candidates during their training period to more complex work for the experienced machine operator.

Job Duties:

• Assemble parts using a variety of tools and machines.

• Cleaning and inspecting parts for quality.

• Move part supplies and finished product throughout the warehouse

• Report defective material or questionable condition to department supervisor

• Feed material into machines and monitor produced product for quality.

• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

• Have a great attention to detail to find defects in final product

• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions

• Able to work independently and with others

• Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor

• Able to lift 30lbs

• Able to stand for 10 hours

• Ability to use power tools

• Speak and read basic English to report problems and follow directions.

• Work well with others in a loud production environment

• Must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check and oral drug screening.

2nd shift candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday: 3:30pm to 2:00am.
Pay is $17.00 to $19.00/hour based on experience, plus an 8% 2nd shift differential. ($18.40 to $20.52/hour)
