We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Practice Manager.

Job Overview:

The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of Peak ENT Associates, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing staff, coordinating patient services, handling financial operations, and implementing strategies to enhance practice performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare management, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and supervise administrative and clinical staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and improve practice facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to attract new patients and grow the practice.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports, using data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in practice management or healthcare administration, preferably in an ENT or specialty practice.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and revenue cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction programs.
  • Familiarity with marketing and business development strategies in a healthcare setting.
