Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for an experienced picker packer to join our team! We take the stress and trouble away from finding each individual the right employment opportunity!

• Pick and packs product based on daily orders.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Monitors product quality frequently.
• Operates various pieces of equipment such as pallet wrapper, and pallet jacks
• Pull customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the right number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Select product for shipment and stack on pallet tidily by using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Put in order all pallets to ensure safe delivery of products to customers and inspect all pallets for accurate stickers and addresses.
• Pack and weigh any orders that require management when necessary.
• Ensure products shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Classify and restack products from pallets. 
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Electric pallet jack
• Forklift
• Order Picker machine
• RF Scanner

Languages

• Bilingual ( English and Spanish)

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM- 4:00PM- 8hr shift

Pay Rate : $17 per hour
