The ideal candidate is friendly, has excellent relationship building skills, and is a great communicator and team player who can motivate patients to follow care plans. Must have excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare. A Chiropractor who is looking for more of a business/sales role would be ideal!

Duties: - Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
- Assist with initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient
- Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders- explaining and selling treatment plans
- Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork
- Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
- Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
- Follow up calls to patients
- Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals
- Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans
- Financials- accept payments for treatment care plans
- Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
Requirements: - Experience in sales and/or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Must have Medical sales experience and/or knowledge of medical terminology
Schedule: Salary: - $40 -$60/hr plus Bonus compensation based on sales (depending on experience and training)
