Position: Marketing, Events & Administrative Lead

Jailbreak Food Works is looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized individual to take on the role of  Marketing, Events & Administrative Lead . Role Overview:

The  Marketing, Events & Administrative Lead is responsible for overseeing our marketing strategies, building our brand presence, managing social media content, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through administrative duties. This role also includes coordinating and scheduling internal and external events, such as company parties and promotions, ensuring everything is organized and aligned with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Branding:
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote Jailbreak Food Works
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials, digital content, and marketing initiatives
• Manage and grow the brand's presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels

Administrative Duties:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including managing schedules, emails, and reports
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
• Maintain organized records of marketing materials, events, and promotions

Event Planning:

• Schedule, coordinate, and execute company events such as internal parties, promotions, and community outreach
• Manage logistics for events, including vendor communication, setup, and scheduling
• Ensure events align with the overall marketing strategy and enhance the company’s brand
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing and event goals with business objectives
• Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and other departments to bring marketing ideas to life
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental marketing initiatives and events

Work Experience & Education:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, administration, event planning, or a related role
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
• Familiarity with marketing tools, content management systems, and design software (e.g., Canva)

Required Skills:

• Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of brand management, campaign creation, and social media strategy
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and tasks simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Event Coordination: Proven experience in planning and executing successful events, from scheduling to final production
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and customers
• Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas for marketing, promotions, and event themes
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in social media management tools
• Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
