Part-Time Marketing Assistant to TAN Books CEO We are seeking a dynamic and proactive part-time Marketing Assistant to support Conor Gallagher, an author, speaker, and CEO in his promotion of the TAN brand and his other endeavors. This role is ideal for someone passionate about book marketing, social media management, and public relations. About Conor Gallagher: Conor Gallagher is the CEO of TAN Books and Good Will Publishers, Inc., and the founder of Well-Ordered Family . He is a husband and father of sixteen children, and an accomplished author of several influential books, including:

Conor's work focuses on family life, marriage, business, and faith, and he is gearing up for an exciting 2024 release lineup featuring his debut novel, A Stranger Among Us. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms
• Identify and connect with influencers, podcasters, and media outlets to secure promotional opportunities
• Coordinate with external publicists to maximize publicity efforts and book speaking engagements
• Create and distribute compelling content that supports Conor's efforts to build the brand of his businesses
• Manage email marketing campaigns to promote books, speaking engagements, and other content
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies and reach
• Assist in updating and maintaining the website, social media, and online presence

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in book marketing, author branding, or related fields
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft engaging content for various platforms and audiences
• Experience in media relations and securing speaking engagements is a plus
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for family-oriented content and business leadership topics
