Currently looking for a Luxury Salon Manager to join our growing team!

 Luxury Salon Manager Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, ordering, marketing and merchandising.
• Customer Experience: Ensure clientele receive a personalized and memorable experience.
• Sales and Performance: Drive growth through effective merchandising, upselling strategies, and proactive customer outreach.
• Team Management: Schedule and manage staff hours, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.

Luxury Salon Manager Qualifications:

• 1-2yrs experience in managing a salon.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
