Job Summary: Our operating unit provides full-service construction, repair and emergency services related to Cable TV, Telephone, Fiber-Optic communications, and Power construction including underground trenching, plowing, missile and directional boring and aerial construction,
and we are looking for a Lineman to join our team. Job Responsibilities: - Installing, maintaining, operating, and repairing overhead cable TV and fiber-optic communication lines.
- Position requires operation of a Bucket truck following all safety and traffic regulations (after passing safety course).
- Assisting with pole framing and placement of stands.
- Climbing poles is required.
- Must operate hand and power tools of all types.
- Assisting with installation of guys and anchor.
- All the while ensuring all installation work is done according to quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways

- Knowledge of Telecommunications Infrastructure: Understanding of telecommunication systems, including fiber optics, coaxial cables, and copper wires.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like cable splicing tools, test meters, and bucket trucks.
- Proficiency in operating cable-pulling machinery, trenchers, and aerial lift equipment.
- Experience in splicing and terminating fiber optic and copper cables.
- Ability to read and understand splicing diagrams and blueprints.
- Valid Driver's License.
Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction, and/or engineering industry
- Current CDL
