Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design? We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at a leading ad agency in Chicago, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a full-time, fully remote role.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with our talented design team to create eye-catching visual designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, social media graphics, banners, and website content.
Contribute to the entire design process, from brainstorming initial concepts to final production, ensuring that all projects align with our client's vision.
Maintain brand consistency across all design materials while ensuring quality and accuracy in every deliverable.
Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions for design projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Stay current with industry trends and design software to continuously enhance your skills and creativity.

What You'll Need:

A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Previous agency experience is a plus but not required.
