Qualifications

• Minumum of 1 year in Human Resources, preferred
• EMS/Clinical Recruitment experience preferred
• Experience managing HRIS and ATS systems (experience with ADP and Avesta CandidateCare is a plus)
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
• Both agency and in-house recruitment experience preferred
• Must be easy going and have a sense of humor
