Your role and responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a team of HSE experts. Each day, you will make sure the team keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and requirements • Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents. • Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group objectives • Drive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices
Qualifications for the role - Associate's Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and/or Health Safety & Environmental OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing and/or Health Safety & Environmental
- Preferred Experience Includes: Strong knowledge in OSHA, Understanding of Workers' Compensation and Return to Work Programs, Strong understanding of electrical safety (including NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, etc.), Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal briefs, technical data, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, Six sigma green belt or higher, CSP (Certification).
