Job Description : LaGrange family seeking an experienced Nanny for their three children! Start as soon as possible. 
 
Schedule: Guaranteed 43 hours a week. Scheduled hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5:00pm.
 
Compensation : $1,000/weekly + vacation, holidays, sick days.
 
Job Details and Responsibilities:  

• Three children: a 5-year-old in full-time school, a 3-year-old in part-time preschool (M-Th, mornings) and a 6-month-old who is at home full-time. Care will mainly be for the 3-year-old and 6-month-old. 
• Primary responsibilities are the day-to-day care of the children including dropping off/picking up from school, playtime, meal prep and bottles, changing diapers, taking the children on walks and to activities (parks, museums, library, etc.) and arranging playdates/outings.
• Light housekeeping includes tidying and organizing the children’s areas, children’s laundry, washing children’s dishes (also loading/unloading the dishwasher), and keeping track of the children’s needs (diapers, wipes, snacks, etc.).
• Nanny should be knowledgeable regarding child development and milestones (potty training, motor skills, etc.). Should be able to provide developmentally appropriate activities.
• One parent works from home full-time and one works from home part-time. When parents work from home, they will be in a separate workspace.

Qualifications:  

• Nanny should have extensive, verifiable nannying experience.
• Nanny should be high-energy and is able to handle three energetic children! 
• Nanny should be warm, caring, and patient. Will be able to foster a positive relationship with the child and the family.
• Nanny should be self-sufficient and organized. Will be able to plan activities and keep track of children’s needs. Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and anticipate family's needs.
• Reliable and communicative. Is open to feedback and comfortable giving it as well.
• Driving is required for the position. Nanny should have a safe driving record. Nanny will need to provide their own vehicle.
