We are seeking a FinTech Product Strategist with deep expertise in the mortgage industry to join our team and drive the strategic direction of our mortgage-related products.
We are looking for a strategic and experienced FinTech Product Strategist with a strong background in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulations, and will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our mortgage-related fintech solutions. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, product teams, and external stakeholders to ensure our products meet market demands and deliver exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Vision and Planning:
- Remotely develop and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for mortgage-related products in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and create long-term strategic plans to enhance our mortgage product portfolio.
2. Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the mortgage sector.
- Analyze data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for innovation and improvement.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior leadership to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful execution of product strategies.
4. Product Development and Enhancement:
- Guide the product development process by providing strategic direction and prioritizing features based on market needs and business goals.
- Oversee the enhancement of existing mortgage products to ensure they remain competitive and meet evolving customer demands.
5. Customer and Market Engagement:
- Engage with customers, industry experts, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure our products address key pain points and opportunities in the mortgage industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our mortgage solutions and establish thought leadership.
6. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all mortgage-related products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to address any potential regulatory impacts on our products.
7. Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of mortgage product strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize product performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Strategist, Product Manager, or similar role within the mortgage industry.
- Deep understanding of mortgage products, processes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
