Position Summary: As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the event planning and execution process. You will work closely with the Event Coordinators and Managers to ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about events, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to learn and grow in the event planning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and corporate events.
• Manage event logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and equipment rentals.
• Assist in the preparation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
• Help with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining event files.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure event details are accurately conveyed.
• Handle any event-related issues or emergencies that arise during the planning or execution phases.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the event team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
