Job Description

Job Title: Events Assistant

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Pay: $25-30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating a large virtual event with high-profile clients
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage.
• Manage attendee registration and communication, addressing inquiries and special requests.
• Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly handled.
• Provide on-site support during events, including troubleshooting and addressing any issues that arise.
• Maintain detailed records and assist with post-event evaluations to improve future events.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Previous experience in event planning or a related field is a plus, but not required.
