Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced EHS Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing environmental, health, and safety programs within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive continuous improvement in EHS performance while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
  • Conduct regular EHS audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS culture and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in EHS management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Certification in EHS management (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred.
