Job Title: Drywall Finisher

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different types of drywall materials, tools, and techniques to produce high-quality finished surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and finish drywall using hand and power tools
• Cut, fit, and fasten drywall sheets to walls and ceilings
• Tape and apply joint compound to seal joints between drywall panels up to level 5
• Sand, smooth, and prepare surfaces for painting or wallpapering
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy, and make necessary repairs
• Measure and mark cutting lines on drywall sheets to fit around electrical outlets, windows, and doors
• Work with other trades to coordinate installations and repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing
• Knowledge of different types of drywall materials and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
