Job Description

Polish Dental Center Alpharetta is a fast growing dental practice located in Alpharetta, Ga.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. Our dedicated team of dental professionals is committed to making every patient’s experience as comfortable and efficient as possible. We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding patient care.

Job Summary

 
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This role involves managing appointment scheduling, handling patient inquiries, presenting treatment plans to patients, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office schedule efficiently.
  • Utilize dental administrative support skills to ensure smooth patient check-ins and check-outs.
  • Manage the daily schedule.
  • Handle patient inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize knowledge of Dental terminology to assist patients with any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Utilize office experience to perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues.

Compensation: Hourly

Salary adjustments, whether up or down, are solely based on the candidate’s experience and knowledge. Preference will be given to candidates with dental and insurance experience.
