We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our member growth initiatives through exciting live events and content creation.

In this 4-month contract role (21 hours/week), you'll be the go-to person for all things event-related, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attendees have a fantastic experience.

Here's a taste of what you'll do:

Live Event Rockstar: Oversee all aspects of live event operations, from data management and reporting to technical support and Q&A facilitation.
Event Planning Pro: Build, schedule, and manage event details, including registration links and past event recordings.
Project Management Whiz: Use project management tools to organize content and events, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize tasks.
Content Collaborator: Support the creation of member growth event content, handling creative requests, packaging, and translation processes.
Asset Management Ace: Manage an asset management tool, ensuring easy access and organization of event materials.
Documentation Guru: Create and update internal documentation to streamline processes and improve content development.
We're looking for someone who:
