Title: Construction Administrator/Accountant (West Palm Beach, FL)

DO YOU WANT

To live and work in West Palm Beach, FL – office based Monday through Friday?
To support the project management team from buyout to close out?

YOU MUST HAVE

Experience in the same role or a similar administrative function for a Construction Management or General Contracting firm

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Assisting in the Buyout, Change Order, Jobsite Setup, Billing, Project Management, and Close-Out processes

ABOUT THE COMPANY

A construction management firm specializing in new luxury residential and luxury commercial construction, as well as renovation and additions work on the residential side
Occasional historical renovation projects
