Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a talented Commercial Insurance Rater to join our team, either remotely or in-person. This role is essential in helping our commercial clients secure the coverage they need, while supporting our Producers in their efforts to drive sales.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with Producers to place coverage for client requests.
- Send marketing submissions to Underwriters and follow up to ensure timely responses.
- Rate commercial insurance policies online using the appropriate carriers.
- Negotiate rates and coverage with Underwriters.
- Keep Producers, Account Managers, and the Marketing Manager updated on account status.
- Manage marketing files, attachments, and activities in Applied Systems Epic.

What We're Looking For:

- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
- Residence in Indiana, Georgia, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Missouri, Virginia, or Michigan is preferred.
- Remote candidates must provide their own equipment setup.
- Experience with Applied Systems Epic is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
