What We're Looking For:
Legal Business Entity: You either currently have or are in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
Commitment: You can dedicate enough time each week to reach your business goals and thrive in this partnership.
Healthcare Recruiting Experience: At least 4 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience. Agency experience is a plus!
Industry Expertise: You have experience sourcing professionals in these key areas:
Hospitals & Healthcare Systems
Nurses & Allied Health
Mental Health & Behavioral Health
Long-Term Care & Nursing Homes
Healthcare IT & Health Informatics
Public Health & Government Health Agencies
Reproductive Health
Dental Care
Tech-Savvy Sourcing: You are familiar with sourcing tools and online recruiting platforms to find and engage top talent.
Online Recruiting Expertise: You know how to effectively use social media, professional groups, and open-source platforms to attract, recruit, and network with candidates.
U.S. Citizenship: This opportunity is open to U.S. citizens.
Military Community Understanding: Experience with or understanding of the military community is a plus, but not required.
Strategic Sourcing Skills: You can develop effective sourcing strategies and use Boolean search techniques to locate specialized candidates.
Organized & Positive: You approach work with a proactive, positive mindset, staying organized while managing competing priorities.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: You build trust and long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the recruitment process.
Self-Motivated: You're independent, accountable, and driven to meet both personal and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and screen healthcare professionals in the verticals mentioned above.
Cultivate relationships with active and passive healthcare candidates to build a strong talent pool.
Leverage social media and open-source platforms for recruitment marketing.
Support strategic partners by placing high-quality healthcare talent in critical roles.
