Job Title: Clerical Executive Assistant - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Location: New York City, NY - 10175
Duration: 3 Months 

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Clerical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, ensuring smooth and effective operations within our office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with patients, staff, and external partners.

• Perform general clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception duties, scheduling meetings, typing, and preparing correspondence.
• Index documents and manage electronic and paper filing systems.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, computers, and photocopiers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Liaison with nurses, physicians, and other staff members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
• Interact with patients throughout the day, ensuring a positive experience.

• Ability to type at least 50 keystrokes per minute.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar clerical role.
• High School Diploma or GED required; prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Certification in medical terminology is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position. However, as a supplier, your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

• Hours Per Day : 5 hours
• Days Per Week : 4 days

• Monday : 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (1-hour lunch)
• Tuesday : 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
• Thursday : 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• Friday : 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Total Hours : 19-20 hours per week
