Job Title: CCNA and CCNP Certified Network Engineer (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement network solutions based on business requirements.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including routing, switching, and connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement network security best practices and policies.
• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and migrations.
• Stay current with the latest networking technologies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Valid CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• Experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and switching technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP).
• Experience with network security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of wireless networking (e.g., WLAN design, implementation).
• Additional certifications (e.g., CCIE, CompTIA Network+, Juniper certifications) are a plus.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
