Description:
Our Award Winning Client, recognized for their national reach and numerous accolades, is looking for a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting physicians through various clinical and operational tasks. The Cardiac Sonographer will conduct diagnostic studies in line with protocols, keep detailed patient records, and exhibit a commitment to professional development. Adherence to safety protocols and regulations is imperative.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing diagnostic studies as per established protocols.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Demonstrating a high level of professional responsibility and engaging in continuous clinical learning.
  • Adhering to patient safety protocols, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years of college) with specialization in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification.
  • Certification as a Cardiac Sonographer by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or the Cardiovascular Credentialing Institute (CCI).

Skills and Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in performing echocardiographic studies.
  • Familiar with various cardiac imaging techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret cardiac images and data.
  • Knowledgeable in maintaining patient confidentiality and safety standards.

Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates should have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, be at an Associate level, and possess certification in their field. No prior management experience is required. A willingness to travel is not necessary for this role.
