As a Call Center Manager, you will be monitoring reports that aid us in our goal to provide the best customer experience possible, using KPIs to see where we excel and where we may need additional training. *This is not a remote position. The right person will be available to work in office Monday-Friday.* The right candidate will be a friendly, creative, well-organized self-starter, with a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to effectively collaborate with our diverse team. G.L. Hunt is a rapidly expanding foundation repair company in the DFW Metroplex, as well as Austin and San Antonio. Join us and be a part of our success story! Responsibilities:

• Assist the customer service team by monitoring reports documenting multiple components of the customer service team.
• Work closely with top leadership to problem-solve and implement procedures.
• Work closely with the customer service manager to better maintain the customer service team.
• Implement new reporting and KPI configurations to best monitor processes.
• Manage both our in-office and remote call center teams.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:

• Must be organized.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Knowledge of different analytic monitoring processes.
• Proficient understanding of KPIs.
• Must have experience managing a successful call center team.
• Spanish Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work in office. This is not a remote position.
