SalesBizLab  We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive customer relationships.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of incoming calls and handle customer inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Identify and assess customer needs, providing appropriate solutions and information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, logging actions in the system.
• Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and services to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
