Job Description

Position: Accounting Assistant
Salary Range: $18-$22 per hour (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Youngstown, OH
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Learn and adapt to new software applications related to accounting processes.
Input financial data into accounting software and ensure its accuracy and currency.
Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office suite for various accounting tasks.
Document financial transactions meticulously, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and management to provide financial information and insights.

Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and reconciliation tasks.
Eagerness and aptitude for learning new software applications.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Ability to accurately document financial transactions.
Proficient handling of professional phone calls with fluency.
